Funky Chutney brings you a mixture of traditional and contemporary flavours. Varying the vegetables, fruits, sugars and vinegars used means that each flavour has a different special quality to it. Every jar is pleasing to the eye as well as the palate.

I am a fully qualified chef and am very passionate about food. I started cooking when I was eight years old and have never stopped experimenting with textures and flavours. I am a keen food grower and use a lot of my organically grown vegetables in my chutneys. I also love going out foraging for fruit. I make sure nothing gets wasted and will chutney anything and everything!

I use Fairtrade sugar in all my chutneys. All my chutneys are thickened by reduction, they are vegan and gluten free.
